AHPA Privacy Statement

AHPA is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the site (“Site”) and other websites that may be hosted by or for AHPA (“Sites”). By accessing the Sites, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Statement and to AHPA’s Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”).

Collecting Your Personal Information
We will collect and process certain “personal information” (i.e. full name, postal address, phone number, email address, credit card information and billing address) about you. The Sites may also collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Sites; the date and time you access the Sites; the pages that you access while at the Sites and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our Site. This information is used for the operation and improvement of the Sites.

AHPA may contact you, by email or other means. For example, AHPA may send you promotional emails relating to AHPA or third parties AHPA feels you would be interested in, or communicate with you about your use of the Sites. AHPA may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) carry out your own request ; (b) comply with legal process served on AHPA; (c) protect and defend the rights or property of AHPA; or (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of AHPA employees or agents, users of AHPA products or services, or members of the public; or (e) detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues.

We may employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (“Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use personal information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. Accessing Your Information
If you want to review or remove personal information that you have provided to us or change your preferences, opt-out of communications from us, or opt-out of communications from third party marketers or business partners, please send an email to Deleting your information or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from AHPA or third parties will delete the data only in our database for purposes of managing future communications from AHPA and third parties. These deletions will not delete information already collected that may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy. You will need to contact third parties that may contact you directly to delete your personal information that they may be using to contact you.

Changes to this Privacy Statement
We may update this privacy statement at any time. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the privacy statement. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about our policies to protect the personal information we collect.
